These Terms & Conditions apply to private dining experiences, events, and related services provided by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC (“Chef Patryk Los Angeles,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By confirming a reservation, submitting payment, or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure an event date and confirm a reservation with Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC.

An event date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC.

The deposit is applied toward the total agreed cost of the event.

Payment of the reservation deposit constitutes the client’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Clients will be provided access to these Terms & Conditions prior to or at the time payment is requested.

Remaining Balance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided to the client.

All required payments must be received by the applicable due date in order for services to proceed as scheduled.

Client Cancellation, Non-Communication & No-Show Policy

Because each event requires advance planning, scheduling, menu development, preparation, and the exclusive reservation of the selected date, the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.

The reservation deposit will be retained in the event of:

Client cancellation for any reason;
Failure to attend or be available for the scheduled event (“no-show”);
Failure to provide reasonable access to the agreed event location at the scheduled time;
Failure to respond to reasonable attempts by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC to obtain information, approvals, or confirmations necessary to prepare for and provide the scheduled services; or
Abandonment of the reservation or failure to complete required event arrangements within communicated deadlines.

If the client has paid 100% of the event total in advance and subsequently cancels, fails to attend, ceases communication, abandons the reservation, or otherwise fails to proceed with the scheduled event, Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC will retain 50% of the total agreed event price, representing the non-refundable reservation deposit.

Any amount paid above the 50% reservation deposit will be refunded to the client, less any additional non-refundable expenses that were disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

Failure to communicate does not constitute cancellation by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC and does not entitle the client to a refund of the non-refundable reservation deposit.

Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC will make reasonable efforts to contact the client using the contact information provided at the time of booking before treating a reservation as abandoned due to non-communication.

Event-Specific Expenses

Certain event-related purchases or expenses may be incurred in advance, including specialty ingredients, custom items, rentals, staffing, transportation, or other services specifically arranged for the client’s event.

When disclosed and agreed upon in advance, such expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or committed and may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Changes to an Event

Requests to change an event date, location, guest count, menu, or other significant event details are subject to availability and approval by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC.

Changes may result in adjustments to pricing, staffing, ingredients, travel, rentals, or other event-related costs.

A requested change is not confirmed until accepted by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC.

Menu & Dietary Requirements

Menus are individually created based on the client’s preferences, event details, ingredient availability, and dietary requirements.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding known food allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, and other relevant requirements before the event.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate disclosed dietary needs and allergies, Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Guest Count

The client is responsible for providing an accurate final guest count by the deadline communicated for the event.

Increases in guest count are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Reductions in guest count after final arrangements, purchasing, staffing, or preparation have begun may not result in a reduction of the agreed event price.

Event Location & Access

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location provides reasonable and safe access to the facilities, utilities, equipment, and working areas necessary to provide the agreed services.

Any special circumstances regarding parking, building access, kitchen facilities, venue restrictions, security requirements, or other relevant conditions should be disclosed before the event.

Cancellation by Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC

In the unlikely event that Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC must cancel an event and is unable to provide the contracted services, amounts paid for services not provided will be refunded to the client.

Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC will not be responsible for consequential or indirect losses resulting from a cancellation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure

Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC will not be liable for delays, changes, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances.

When reasonably possible, Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC will work with the client in good faith to determine an appropriate solution.

Photography & Privacy

Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC respects the privacy and discretion of our clients.

Photographs, videos, or other content identifying a client or private event will not be publicly used without appropriate permission.

Agreement to Terms

By paying a reservation deposit, making full or partial payment, paying an invoice, or otherwise confirming services with Chef Patryk Los Angeles LLC, the client acknowledges that they have been provided an opportunity to review and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the 50% non-refundable reservation deposit and the Client Cancellation, Non-Communication & No-Show Policy.

Payment of the reservation deposit or other requested payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
